Welcome to Hypecerts (“Website”). By accessing or using our Website and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. General Overview


Hypecerts provides iOS signing services that enable users to install apps on their devices. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Eligibility

• The services offered by Hypecerts are intended for users aged 16 years or older. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• If you are under 16, you are prohibited from using the Website, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).


3. Prohibited Activities


To ensure the integrity and reliability of our services, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized Reselling: You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate any part of Hypecerts services without explicit permission.

Fraudulent Behavior: Using false or misleading information, stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

System Abuse: Excessive automated usage, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, or any activity that disrupts our platform is not allowed.

Misuse of Services: Attempting to bypass system checks, blacklists, or security features is prohibited.


If you discover a bug or vulnerability, you are required to report it immediately to our support team.


4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments: All transactions are processed securely through third-party providers, such as Stripe. Additional fees may apply depending on your payment method.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only provided in cases where we are at fault or if your device has not been processed.

• Refunds are not available if Apple revokes your certificate or if the app does not meet your expectations.

• If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be blacklisted from Hypecerts services.

5. Device-Specific Usage


Each certificate is uniquely tied to your device’s UDID. If you lose, replace, or upgrade your device, you will need to repurchase a certificate as certificates are non-transferable.


6. Revoke Protection and Warranties

• If you select the Revoke Protection option during your purchase, we provide a 365-day warranty. In the event Apple revokes your certificate, we will issue a new one free of charge, bypassing the standard 15-45 day cooldown period.

• Without Revoke Protection, a new certificate must be purchased if Apple revokes the original.


7. Service Limitations and Liability Disclaimer

Service Expectations: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all expectations or function without errors, interruptions, or delays.

Limitation of Liability: Hypecerts is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or unauthorized access.


8. Termination of Service


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Website and services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.


9. Changes to the Terms


Hypecerts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
